Neeta Jambhekar carries 10+ years of experience as a HR professional across varied industries such as IT, Manufacturing, wood working & Hospitality, & Healthcare.

As a HR professional, Neeta has driven various projects of setting up HR processes. She has hands on experience in developing & implementing HR Policies, managing employee data, preparing HR dashboards, setting up on boarding SOP’s, attrition control, soft Skill training, setting up employee life cycle from hire to retire, & handling employee grievances. She played a vital role in migration of attendance & payroll implementation process from desktop version to cloud platforms like Spine technologies and Greyt HR.

She has extensive knowledge & experience in configuration of HRMS modules and dealing with top management & entrepreneurs.
